Murphy NC Upgrade to Hybrid System Project
This system was originally installed as a grid tied system. Little over 10 KW with an SMA inverter. We came in and upgraded it to a full Hybrid system with a Sol-Ark 12 inverter, 30 KW worth of batteries and opened up the PV array to separate strings, increasing annual system production by over 20%. This system provides backup to a sizable critical loads panel and has proven itself through numerous power outages.
